Terms
These terms are between you and Imperello Technologies for the VPN service.
The service
We provide a consumer VPN subscription: encrypted traffic while connected, and a foreign IP from available cities. It is not a streaming guarantee and not a company remote-access product.
Trial and billing
To use the VPN you must create an account and sign in. New accounts may start a free trial of 3 days with VPN credentials on the account page after they choose the trial. After the trial, continued access requires a paid monthly subscription at the price shown at checkout. Billing is processed by Paddle. Cancel any time; access ends when the paid period or trial ends. Refunds are described in our Refund policy.
Fair use of trials
Each email gets one trial. Repeated trial signups from the same device may be limited. Abuse can lead to account suspension.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, attacks, spam, or anything that harms the network or other users. We may suspend accounts that break this rule.
Apps
You connect with the provided VPNClient applications. Site login and VPN app login are different credentials.
