What we collect
Account email, login session, subscription status, and the VPN username we create for you. Support messages you send. Basic technical logs needed to run the site.
Payments
Card payments are handled by Paddle as merchant of record. We do not store full card numbers.
Login codes are sent with Resend. Contact form messages are stored in Formsig (also operated by Imperello Technologies) and delivered to support@imperello.com.
VPN service
VPN connections run on infrastructure from our wholesale partner. While connected, your traffic is encrypted in the tunnel. We do not promise a no-logs claim beyond what that partner publishes for their network.
